All items are insured and dispatched within one business day from our warehouse in Jaipur, India. Regular shipping worldwide via India Post Registered Airmail. The delivery time is 10-21 business days. We offer 3 business day Express Service Worldwide for a flat fee of $75 USD per order. Tracking information will be sent to you shortly after your order is processed, and we will make sure to monitor the status of your shipment.

Please note that all items are shipped from India, and some countries will charge the buyer duties or taxes on international packages at the point of delivery. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in shipping charges. Some countries like the USA and Australia do not collect taxes on small parcels (less than $800), while countries in Europe have different policies. In general, most of our customers do not have to pay any customs charges or duties.

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase for products in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags). Final Sale items cannot be returned. We currently do not offer exchanges internationally. Please email jaipurhomedecor@hotmail.com to start the return process.
